PRAGUE/BRATISLAVA/LONDON – Blantyre Capital has agreed key commercial terms with Arca Capital for a debt financing
Blantyre Capital, a London-based investment firm, today announced that it has agreed key commercial terms with Arca Capital to provide debt financing. This debt instrument will facilitate the recapitalisation of the business and help unlock Arca’s growth potential.
Arca Capital is one of the leading private investment groups in Central and Eastern Europe, with businesses ranging from real estate and hospitality, financial services, energy as well as related sectors.

The financing is subject to documentation and other customary conditions.
