We wish to inform you about the sale tender for 9.9% of the shares in Wiener Privatbank SE, currently owned by Arca Investments, a.s.
Wiener Privatbank SE is an independent Austrian private bank listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange (VIE:WPB). As of June 30, 2023, the bank's balance sheet was over EUR 300m, with equity exceeding EUR 40m.
The sale tender is being organized by insolvency trustee Lee Louda as an auction. The deadline for bid submission is 14 March 2024.
