PRAGUE/BRATISLAVA – The Arca Capital finance group strongly objects to the publicised information regarding an alleged pay-out of investment to Mrs. Pavlina Matovicova and rejects the false claims about preferential treatment of creditors.
Arca Capital group due to the protection of trade secret and personal details of its clients and business partners shall not confirm who are their clients nor what amount was invested by individual clients into its products. Arca Capital group therefore cannot state whether Mrs. Pavlina Matovicova is a client of Arca Capital group and if so, what financial amount she may have invested into Arca Capital group products.
However, Arca Capital finance group emphasises that it complies with the principle of equal treatment of all investors. None of its clients were illegally preferred to others, nor did any investor obtain any business information favouring him against others. Arca Capital group also states that it did not prefer, nor did it favour any of its clients by illegal repayment of investment at the expense of other clients.
Arca Capital group considers the character of publicised information and the way politicians abuse media and public space by misinforming public through unverified information without any proofs, as scandalous. The claims of politicians included false information which not only cast a slur on Arca Capital group business, but also intentionally put forward lies to Arca Capital group clients about its imminent bankruptcy or a threat of minimum satisfaction of receivables of Arca Capital group clients.
Comparing Arca Capital group to non-bank entities Horizont Slovakia and BMG Invest is outrageous and it grossly damages Arca Capital group. Claims that any client was illegally favoured and that other clients will not be satisfied at all or on minimum scale are fabricated and misleading. None of its clients were illegally favoured during the business of Arca capital group, regardless of client status, its occupation or family relatives.
Arca Capital group strongly distances itself from deceptive politics about its business. Arca Capital finance group is intentionally put into the political fight between current coalition and opposition and other politicians aiming to increase their poll preferences.
Arca Capital group understands that the topic of alleged favouring of prime minister´s wife is politically attractive for the media; however it strongly rejects misuse of false information about favouring any of its creditors for the purposes of a political campaign.
Arca Capital finance group wants to ensure its clients also in this way that it is working uniformly and aims to reach satisfaction of its creditors in the largest possible scope, without favouring any of them.
