Position: CHIEF ANALYST

Job description: Position will be located in KIEV. There is no analytical department yet, needs to be built up. The team should consist of 3-5 people who will be specialised on the field of private equity.
As a Chief analyst, your primary responsibilities are industry analysis and company-specific coverage for the project team. This involves core research on the industry and its companies, modelling the financials and forecasts from start to finish with little or no guidance. You will be a part of project teams and responsible for managing the research department as well. The core management responsibility will be supervising and training senior and junior analysts.

Qualifications :

• Masters’ degree (preferable concentration in Finance, Economics or Business Management) or equivalent

• CFA/ MBA preferred

  Experience: research of information by use of online databases and in the Internet with the ability to write up of the findings

  Language knowledge: English – advanced, knowledge of other languages is advantage

  PC knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, internet

  Driving licence: active driver

  Skills:

• Expert modelling, forecasting, analysis and evaluation experience
• Excellent analytical skill set
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues within the Arca Capital group.
• Good time management and prioritization skills along with an ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Must be a team player with the ability to network with co-workers
• Ability to multi-task, work in tight time frames
• Ability to work independently with strong follow through
• A good knowledge in the use of the Internet, for research of facts on individuals and companies
