We offer our clients the opportunity to become a shareholder in Železná studnička, a.s. and thus to be a co-investor in an exclusive recreation-sports compound project in one of the most sought-after parts of Bratislava. The investment goal of the Vydrica Baths project is to redevelop the existing sanatorium compound at Železná studnička into a wellness and relaxation centre with a general building, recreation houses, leisure zones and sports grounds. The main attraction in the lower part will be a system of pools, sports areas and various attractions making use of the natural elements. In the upper part the project entails the re-development of the original sanatorium into a relaxation centre with the provision of short-stay accommodation in twelve newly-constructed recreational houses. The lower part with grounds of almost seven hectares will serve primarily for relaxation and sport, the upper part will serve as the location for short-stay accommodation.
