The project Slnecny mlyn consists of 51 parcels, from which 35 parcels is assigned for individual home building and 16 parcels for connecting homes building. Built-up area of the parcels in individual home building is 30% and in connecting homes building 35% from totaling parcel sizes with the option of realization of two floors and a habitable attic.
