Purchase of majority share in the company connected with its thorough restructuring, setting up of functioning processes, proper management processes, introducing new management team and deciding on future investments with the goal to improve and broaden services standard. The aim is to keep core business – treatment of moving parts of the body using wellness as a support function. The amount of further planned investments into accommodation and balneology areas is estimated to amount to several hundreds of millions of SKK.
