The Seven Springs project aims to be a residential development, specifically the construction of houses in an interesting environment only 25 kilometres from Kiev. The plot of land is located on the slopes of the Stugna river, very close to the town of Vasiľkov with a population of 39 thousand. The land is partially deforested, which on the one hand creates an interesting environment for the construction of houses, and on the other hand brings nature closer to home. The project anticipates a rational road and transport network and the connection of the inner roads to the outer motorway network. On top of this, civil engineering networks are to be built: a central water duct, electricity, gas, sewage system. The residential complex will include a kindergarten, a social services complex and the administrative buildings for the complex. The estimated date of project completion is the third quarter of 2012.
