Nikolajevsk City Creamery is a plant owned by the Lactalis Ukraine Company, one of the biggest dairy products producers in Ukraine. This company belongs to the French Lactalis Group, proud of its more than fifty years’ tradition of dairy products production, distributing its products in over 123 countries world-wide. Arca Capital bought a minority share in 2006. The target is to cooperate in the business activities, and eventually to sell on the shares to a strategic investor.
