Natura, a.s. is an important Czech food-processing company focused on the trade and distribution of powdered food products, dried mashed potatoes, potato starches for food-processing and other use and food-processing additives (ADITIV) for subsequent use in the processing industry. NATURA a.s. has traditionally held a strong position on the market in the sector of mixtures based on mashed potatoes, such as various versions of dumplings and potato dough, as well as in the segment of potato starches for food-processing (brands: SOLAMYL®, NATURAMYL) and other purposes (brands: UNIPRET®, UNITAPEX®). As well as this, NATURA a.s. offers a wide range of sweet and savoury flour mixtures, baking substances, crystalline dextrose – GLUKOPUR®, fructose – FRUKTOPUR®, gelatine and other products. The Arca Capital’s project focuses on financial and organisational restructuring: the separation of the production of additives and powdered food products into separate companies, the dynamic development of ADITIV in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and the Balkans, and innovation in powdered food products.
