The Mytnitsa Family Park project is situated 30 km south-west of the capital city of Ukraine with direct access to the Kiev – Odessa motorway. The project anticipates the development of a retail and entertainment centre focused on the family, sport and entertainment. This centre will be supplemented by services for a corporate clientele in the form of a hotel, congress services, a casino, and part of the complex will also serve as high quality residential accommodation. The first phase of the project was focused on the acquisition of land with a total surface area of 34.3 hectares. Subsequently, the utilization purpose of the land will be changed, and research work and project documentation processing will be carried out for the construction of the centre’s structures and landscape architecture with the leasable area of the hotel’s facilities and congress premises totalling 31,000 m2, the business and entertainment area totalling 89,550 m2 and the residential complex with a yield of 76,400 m2 intended for sale. The project realization will take place during the second stage and total expected costs should reach approximately 600 million EUR.
