The Mega Jarmark Brovary project entails the development of the largest outlet in Ukraine, situated only 9 km from Kiev in the city of Brovary (two hundred thousand inhabitants). The city of Kiev with a population of five million will bring other potential customers to Mega Jarmark. The first phase of the project was focused on the acquisition of properties in a total area of 26.3 hectares from the private owners. Subsequently, there will be a change of use of the property, and the exploratory works and processing of the project documentation will be performed for the construction of a shopping centre with a total area for lease of 244,500 m2 and more than 3,500 parking spaces. Realization of the project will take place in the second phase and the total anticipated cost should be approximately 450 million EUR. Coffee-shops, restaurants, wellness & spa facilities, a casino, giant movie theatres or a spacious exhibition hall will be additional attractions for visitors seeking entertainment, in addition to internationally recognized brands.
