Kharkovmetrostroy is an important Ukrainian building enterprise. It has a monopoly in underground construction within the Kharkov region and ranks number two in this area in Ukraine by workload. The construction of Kharkov Underground represents its most important project. Arca Capital entered into the enterprise in 2006. The acquisition of the minority share in order to consolidate the largest possible company share will enable its restructuring, investment in new equipment and transform Kharkovmetrostroy into a surface, civil and industrial engineering market leader.
