Purchase of real estate – construction site of Hydrostav, a.s. v Bratislave – Vlčie hrdlo from bankruptcy proceeding. The goal of the project is to keep renting the production and warehousing facility which is managed by project company EFESUS. The investments were focused mainly on reconstruction of infrastructure and fencing. After the stabilisation of cash flow the construction site will be sold to a selected customer from the field of real estate development or building industry.
