This project represents the development of a residential quarter in the village of Hubice comprising 73 houses. The village of Hubice is sited on the fertile soil of Žitný Island and readily accessible by transport (25 km from Bratislava). The project is remarkable for the special setting of the houses. Their yards are separated not by hedges but the houses themselves. This provides future inhabitants with intimacy and privacy in their own yard.
