This project represents an opportunity of financially affordable and harmonious living not only for young families but also for every generation. Building of 73 family homes in an interesting location of the village Hubice began in year 2007. The village Hubice lays on the fertile land of Žitný Ostrov and is well located to Bratislava (25km). The project brings an exceptional way of houses lay-outs, where boundaries between parcels are not created by fences, but by houses themselves, through this future residents are getting intimacy and privacy in their yards. There are 9 types of houses offered with standard setout and use of classical materials (bricks and insulation). From classical houses you can choose from those that are in the shape of letters U, L and I. Also according to customer’s requirements, it is possible to build energy-efficient houses, that cut operation costs. Customers can choose the size of livable space, type of house and materials used. Another part of the project is a square in a shape of an ellipse, which will act as a dominant of a newly built section. Around the cascade styled fountain with water area, there should be wooden seating in the future, the streets shall be planted with greenery, with another part of the project being a creation of a hectare park with children playground.
