Investment purpose of this project is building of an apartment building with polyfunctional part. The project will be exceptional with its location in the centre of Bratislava and with a backlit design. Apartment building has got great north-south orientation and is located on a quieter old-town street. The building site is located close to the pedestrian zone, several shopping centers and only couple of minutes walking from the new shopping gallery Eurovea. The main building will have 6 storey above ground and will consist of twelve 2 and 3-room apartments. On the ground floor there will be a commercial space and on the first floor also office space as well as a flat. In the yard there will be three two-storied studios with trafficable roof. Space for greenery and parking will be present as well. Below the surface level, an underground parking with access ramp from the street will be created. In the basement there will be cellar spaces for flats and technological rooms. Apartment building shall have a special efflorescent stone facing, glass staircase and aluminum windows with outside blinds. Flats will be sold in core format, so customers can project their own ideas themselves or though general provider. We are expecting to obtain building permission in autumn 2010 and building should start in spring 2011. The building is expected to be finished in autumn 2012.
