The Cresling project’s complex is composed of two independent blocks of flats situated in close proximity to each other in the historic centre of Bratislava. The first part of the project, which included the sale of flats to individual clients, was successfully concluded in the first half of 2008. At present, the second phase is being carried out, aimed at rebuilding those flats which are not yet occupied. The original block of flats, at present unoccupied, is undergoing redevelopment which will result in a lucrative plot of land in the centre of the town, ready for the construction of a luxury modern block of flats with an underground car park.
