CheZaRa (OAO Черниговский завод радиоприборов) is a Ukrainian producer of communication and security systems for space and the civil sector. The company was established in 1967 as a State enterprise, which was initially projected for the purposes of space research and was integrated into a rocket-aerospace complex of the former USSR for many years. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union and its markets, as well as due to conversion of military production, the company underwent transformation and partial restructuring. CheZaRa currently produces systems for the electrical engineering industry and telecommunications, digital switchboards, and also provides the market with technological and technical devices and gauges for industry and healthcare. The major part of the production – more than 70 %, is still comprised of systems for aerospace industry. The strategic objective of Arca Capital is the cost and strategic restructuring of the company, improvement of managing processes, strengthening the development-technical basis and orientation towards production for the civil sector.
