Purchase of manufacturing factory of former BCT in Bratislava and in Dunajská Streda from bankruptcy proceeding. The intention is to increase value of the estate by reconstruction of heating system, investment into gas boilers and installation of new security and monitoring system. Renting and administration of both estates is performed by a sister management company. Estates will be rented until they are sold to new owners.
