AQUA GROUP, a Slovak mineral water and soft drinks producer, sells Maštinská and AVE mineral water brands. In 2005, Arca Capital entered the company by purchasing 67 % of its shares with the goal of developing the existing company by restructuring and increasing its financial strength. Within the restructuring process, the historical liabilities of the company have been paid, and a modern technology line and logistics centre built.
