GiTy, a.s. announces that its General Meeting held on 12 June 2007 adopted a resolution on increase of the corporate registered capital. By entry of a partner, the company Arca Capital Bohemia, a.s., the registered capital more than doubled to the current CZK 104 960 000.
Brno, 9. July 2007 – Regarding the entry of Arca Capital Bohemia into GiTy, a.s. Ing. Olga Girstlová, vice-president of GiTy, a. s. stated: “The increase of the registered capital resulted in a substantial strengthening of GiTy, a. s. group and there is an absolute agreement with the financial partner regarding the future strategic development of the company. Our aim is a joint expansion to the markets of Central and East Europe.”
Ing. Karel Štefulík, member of the Board of Directors of Arca Capital says that Arca’s investment activities are not restricted in terms of time, territory or sector: “We are planning our cooperation with GiTy, a.s. within a term up to five years. After three years we shall perform an assessment and adopt another strategic decision.”

Arca Capital Bohemia, a.s. decided to enter into and increase the registered capital of GiTy, a.s. The company GiTy, a.s. operates in the telecommunications sector.
The strategy of GiTy, a.s. is to provide top–quality services in the sphere of communications infrastructure building, telecommunications, establishment of data networks for mobile operators and technologies for buildings and other premises.
In the sphere of telecommunication services GiTy offers particularly private data networks services, application thereof for voice and image transmission and Internet access via various connecting technologies. We provide these services through our own terrestrial infrastructure called G-Net on the territory of the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Bulgaria and our own satellite communication system with Europe-wide coverage. Using a combination of terrestrial, wireless and satellite technology the company provides a wide range of services with guaranteed operational parameters.
The sphere of technology for buildings and other premises is a logical continuation of system integration.
