Pavol Krúpa, Slovak billionaire and head of the Arca Capital group purchases again. After he was forced to sell the company Kasa.cz, or divisions Coffee and pastry of the Czech company Marila Balírny, he is after the Ukrainian state construction giant Kharkovmetrostroy.
“It is one of the strategic enterprises of the country, linked to the budget money. In the upcoming three years about 40 million Euros are approved, which should be used for the construction development of the town,” Pavol Krúpa says for the HN.
This way the financier is strengthening the impact on Ukraine, where he owns shares in companies Nikolajevsk Urban Dairy or electrical and technical company Chernigovskij of radiopribor – CheZaRa. However, obtaining the construction giant will not be the easy. According to the blog motejlek.com, two more candidates play part in this fight – Kharkov city itself, but also Kharkov Construction Union. If Krupa obtains Kharkovmetrostroy, he will pay about five times less than before the beginning of the recession, according to the HN information.
