The closed investment fund Arca Capital CEE, founded by the Slovak private equity and real estate group Arca Capital, has bought an eighty percent share in the Czech company Natura Food Additives. The price of the share was not made public. The fund used its own means and a bank acquisition loan for the investment. Natura Food Additives works in the manufacture of additives for the food industry. Arca does not exclude any further acquisitions in the Czech food industry. “We consider the sector as highly stable, which has been demonstrated during this period of economic recession, when no significant fall in takings and profits has taken place” says Arca’s project and finance manager, Rastislav Velič.
