Prague, August 1, 2008 – Private equity group Arca Capital sold its 50 – percent share in VCE – transformatory, s.r.o. The new sole proprietor of VCE- transformatory, s.r.o. is ECO-INVESTMENT, a.s.

VCE – transformatory, s.r.o. is the only manufacturer of distribution transformers in the Czech Republic and offers full services in this area. The history of the company goes back to 1925. In addition to manufacturing new transformers, the company also deals with restoration and disposal. The production portfolio also includes coupling transformers HDO.
The 100-percent owner of VCE – transformatory, s.r.o. is Asatoma, a.s., of which the only shareholder, after buying of 50 percent of their shares from Arca Capilal, is ECO-INVESTMENT, a.s.

No financial details of the transaction will be disclosed.

In development and reality projects in Slovakia and Ukraine, Arca Capital Group cooperates with Sollaris Developers Group. These days, Arca Capital manages assets with a total value of 125 mil. EUR. Last December, the Group issued corporation bonds, enabling individual investors to participate in financing of its projects.
