Prague, 11th of October 2007 – Private Equity Group Arca Capital bought 31% of the share capital in the company MORAVIA ENERGO, a.s. today.

The strategic goal of our group is to participate actively on the development of the above mentioned company and to take more active role on the Czech energy market. Arca Capital is currently working on similar projects in Ukraine and Romania. The decision about an entry in the company was supported by our opinion that MORAVIA ENERGO, a.s. is a company, which has a growth potential, high-quality management and good majority shareholder. We believe that our entry will result in a good cooperation with the existing shareholder, beneficial to the company MORAVIA ENERGO, a.s.
