Prague, 27 August 2007 – LYOR a.s., a member of the Arca Capital investment group, signed an agreement to purchase a 100% share in MARILA BALÍRNY a.s.

The transaction is scheduled to be completed between September and January following the transaction’s approval and adherence to the policies of the Competition Protection Office. As agreed between the parties, the price will not be published at this time.
