Pavol Krúpa

Pavol Krúpa is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arca Investments, a.s.; Member of the Board of Directors and Project Manager – Shareholder of Arca Capital Bohemia, a.s. and Project Manager – Shareholder of Arca Capital Slovakia, a.s.. He participates in managing projects of Arca Capital.

He is a graduate of Faculty of Corporate Management of Economics University in Bratislava. Before Arca Capital he worked and is still active in:

• FinCo&Partners, a.s. – Member of the Supervisory Board
• Pharma Services, s.r.o. – Executive Director

He attended many educational courses and seminars in fields of NLP, time management, marketing and advertising, leadership and teambuilding, as well as project management.

He is a co-founder of specialised companies, which were established mainly due to development and effective management of particular investment projects and management of particular business intents. He speaks Slovak, English, German and Russian.

Luděk Černovický
Financial Manager

Luděk Černovický graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, where he studied economics in industry with a specialization in organization and production management. Before Arca he worked for:

He attended courses and seminars from the field of accounting, controlling, taxation, finance and management. In 2006 he completed a one-month English course / ILAC Vancouver, Canada. Luděk Černovický speaks Czech, English and Russian.

Martin Kuře
Project Manager, Member of the Board of Directors

Martin Kuře graduated from a Law Faculty of Masarykova University in Brno, where he studied business and finance law. He is a member of Arca Capital team since 2001 and before that he worked for:

Milan Musil
Project Manager

Milan Musil graduated with a degree in Business and Economics from the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague. Before Arca he worked for:

Radek Široký
Investment Manager

Radek Široký graduated from Faculty of National Economics University in Prague. Before Arca Capital he worked for:

Radek Široký passed a broker’s examination and is a candidate for a CFA designation (Chartered Financial Analyst) - successfully passed first level – financial derivatives. He speaks Czech, English and French.

Rastislav Velič

Rastislav Velič has been in our team since 1999 and focuses primarily on project financing.

He is a graduate of Economics University in Bratislava, where he studied accounting and audit. Before Arca Capital he worked for:

• Kredit Audit, s.r.o. – Assistant Auditor

He attended courses in project management, leadership and teambuilding. He is regularly attending conferences in finance management and tax optimisation. He speaks Slovak and English.

Henrich Kiš
Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Management Board and Project Manager of ACS

Henrich Kiš has been a member of our team since 1999 and currently focuses primarily on venture capital projects.

He graduated from Engineering Faculty of Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, where he studied management of engineering companies. Before Arca Capital he worked for:

Monika Dobrovodská has been a member of Arca Capital team since 2000 and focuses on marketing activities and public relations of the whole group.
She is a graduate at Faculty of corporate management of Economics University in Bratislava. Before Arca Investments she worked for:

Oksana Gubrenko

Oksana Gubrenko has graduated from faculty of English of State linguistic university in Kiev, where she was studying language and literature (English and Spanish). Before she was working in:

• Fund company Flagman – Chief of Back-Office
• Election observation mission OSCE – Interpreter

Oksana Gubrenko has graduated from Ukrainian institute of development of stock market of Kiev national economic university, specialization «Security trading», has finished the qualification program of civil servants. Oksana Gubrenko has certificate of State Commission of security and stock market. She speaks Russian, Ukrainian, English and Spanish.
